Every Path is Different — Let’s Walk Yours Together

Every individual and family experiences the end-of-life journey uniquely. That's why my services are flexible and personalized, designed to meet you where you are and support you through each step.

🌿 End-of-Life Planning Sessions

Bringing Comfort, Clarity, and Choice to the Final Days

This isn’t just about paperwork — it’s about making sure your final days reflect who you are and what matters most to you.

We’ll talk through everything from how you want your space to feel, to the kind of care and support you’d like around you. Whether that includes quiet music, favorite scents, spiritual practices, or legacy projects for your loved ones — I’ll help create a plan that feels personal, peaceful, and intentional.

And when the time comes, I can be there to help carry that plan out — with steady, compassionate support every step of the way.

📄 What You’ll Walk Away With

  • A personalized End-of-Life Plan Summary you can share with loved ones or care providers

  • Clarity around your values, preferences, and priorities

  • Optional checklists or worksheets for additional details

  • Confidence that your voice will help shape your final chapter

  • Ongoing support if you’d like to revise or expand your plan later

✍️ What We’ll Explore Together

Every plan is shaped by you — but we may discuss:

  • What brings you physical and emotional comfort

  • Who you’d like present (and how you’d like to be supported)

  • The environment you want — lighting, sounds, scents, privacy

  • Spiritual or cultural practices to honor

  • Conversations you want to have, or letters you want to write

  • Ideas for legacy projects or memory keepsakes

  • How you'd like the final moments to unfold, if you have a vision

Do I Need This If I Already Have an Advance Directive?

Advance Directives are important — but they don’t tell your story.

They outline medical decisions: things like CPR, ventilators, and naming a healthcare proxy. But they don’t explain what comfort looks like to you, what brings you peace, or how you want to be remembered.

An End-of-Life Plan goes beyond medical choices. It’s about:

  • The people you want around you

  • The atmosphere that brings you peace — music, lighting, scents, privacy

  • Spiritual or cultural practices that matter to you

  • Legacy — the stories, messages, or memories you want to leave behind

  • And how you want to be cared for in your final days — not just physically, but emotionally

This plan helps you be seen and supported as a full person — not just a patient.

🌿An Advance Directive might say “no machines.”
An End-of-Life Plan says, “Play my favorite song, hold my hand, and tell my kids I love them.”

FAQs for End-of-Life Planning

  • ❓Is this the same as an Advance Directive?

Not exactly. An Advance Directive is a legal document about medical decisions. End-of-Life Planning goes beyond that — we talk about what brings you comfort, who you want nearby, and how you want your final days to feel.

  • ❓Do I need to be sick or near the end of life to do this?

No. Many people choose to plan while they’re still healthy. Others come to this after a diagnosis or when supporting someone they love. There’s no wrong time to start thinking about what matters most.

  • ❓What if I don’t know what I want yet?

That’s completely normal. We’ll explore your values, preferences, and options together — with no pressure to have it all figured out. This is a conversation, not a checklist.

  • ❓Can my family be part of this session?

Yes — if you’d like. Some people want to involve loved ones from the beginning. Others prefer to plan privately, then share when they’re ready. We can do what feels best for you.

  • ❓Is this a spiritual or religious planning session?

Only if you want it to be. We can include spiritual or cultural elements that matter to you — or not. This plan is shaped entirely by your beliefs and preferences.

  • ❓Can you help carry out the plan when the time comes?

Yes. If you want support during your final days or someone to help guide your loved ones through the plan, I can be there. This service pairs well with Vigil Planning or Legacy Support.
